Shipping
For our card orders, please allow 1-2 weeks from the receipt of payment within the USA. We ship USPS Priority unless otherwise specified. We use a flat rate of $10 USD for quantities of 1-4 boxes and an additional $2.50 per box over 4. Our flat rate to Canada is $23 CAD for quantities of 1-4 boxes and an additional $5.00 per box over 4. Canadian orders are sent with airmail parcel post (please allow 2-3 weeks). Shipping costs outside of the US and Canada will depend on order and destination. Upon receipt of your order, we will contact you to confirm shipping costs.
Our prints are made to order. So that we may provide you with our best quality, please allow 3-4 weeks after payment is received. All prints are signed, numbered and personally handled with the utmost of care. We ship USPS Priority at a flat rate of $10 USD per print within the Continental U.S. unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs outside of the U.S. including Canada will depend on order and destination. Upon receipt of your order, we will contact you to confirm shipping costs.
Returns & Exchanges
At CaronM, we pride ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the item in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs.
Returning your item

Once we receive your package, we will promptly refund your credit card. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been processed.
We suggest that you insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. To expedite your return and for purposes of security we recommend FedEx.
Exchanging your item
Once your package is received, we will apply the credit from your return to your new order and ship it to you by FedEx at no additional cost. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment tracking number when your new order is shipped.
